James Ang
David Singh owes me $45,179.34 and he makes empty rpomises. To date he has not paid me back the money he owes me and many others involved in his Money Plus Kiosk scheme. He used that to take money from people and now he is trying to launch his IPO for Digital Payment Solutions. Be aware and be warned!
