The Principal has acquired over forty-four years of experience as a Teacher, School Administrator, Training Manager and Trainer, Organization and Methods Analyst within federal departments and finally as a private consultant, having opened his own Management and Management Training Consulting practice in 1985/86, with the registration in 1994 in Ontario of single ownership management and training consulting firm, GFDI Conseils/Consulting.
He has been a member of Quebec Order of Chartered Administrators from 1990 to 1992, a member of Quebec and Ontario institutes of certified management consultants from 1992 to 2002.
He is a present member of the Ontario French Canadian Association Board for the Ottawa region.
He is also a member of Ontario Teachers' College since 2000 and a Certified Teacher of Ontario (CTO).
