I wanted to write to commend Secureship that through UPS losing a package of mine, once SecureShip was made aware of the situation, went above and beyond to ensure that a) a replacement package was delivered expedited; and b) dealt with the particulars concerning tracking, fees, etc., following the confirmation receipt. This was of greater importance as I was dealing with a medical emergency during that time. Al was extremely proficient in dealing with my frustration with UPS, especially when UPS said that they weren't responsible in following up concerning the whereabouts of my package. Al bridged the gap between UPS and myself keeping me informed with regular updates of the details as they transpired. His calm demeanor and professionalism was evident from the beginning. Since becoming aware of SecureShip I have used your services several times and have been extremely pleased. I regularly recommend SecureShip to friends and acquaintances, whenever the opportunity arises. Its not all the time that a company/employee is commended in a dissatisfaction complaint, but I was definetly impressed with Al and SecureShip. While most testimonials often reflect excellent service, I am more than willing to provide a testimonial that through a frustrated situation, SecureShip went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was acknowledged and corrected.
