Foundation€™s Global Economic Development Programme
The Foundation for our children€™s children, is an incorporated non-profit foundation, dedicated to help provide a better world for the coming generations. The Foundation€™s management is providing its €œTECHNOPOLIS€? concept for sustained economic development through technology. The plan is designed to lead developing nations into the preparation and implementation of a system to have all industry sectors acquire advanced leading technologies to better control market destinies in virtual water exchange capability for each country.
At the present, countries that are poor in water, natural resources or technologies cannot afford to feed their citizens properly. As an example, these countries cannot afford to buy grain, maize or other water dependant agricultural foods from water-rich countries. Agricultural products are viewed as €œVirtual Water€?, a new concept that features the commercialising of water derived agricultural product to water shortage affected countries (who can afford to buy). Only water sufficient countries can survive this present trend, and only trade advantaged countries can assure a stronger future for all African countries.
The foundation has identified and secured a number of foreign technology owners interested in investing their technologies in exchange for future profits and to a better future for our children€™s children. We are very confident that there is a multitude of other local and foreign companies that will want to do the same.
Technology Acquisition Centres, (Technopolis) staffed and organised to identify advanced, new technology sources, to evaluating and adapting these to local requirements and entrepreneurs that undertake to not only provide their own market needs but are encouraged to export to the outside world, thereby assuring the currency required for faster economic development.
Demonstration Programme
The Foundation has acquired the exclusive commercialisation rights to a FFOCC/UNESCO specially designed space programme proven water and wastewater treatment technologies valued at some US$250 million dollars. Our programme features two distinct important approaches for Accelerated Economic Development. These are better described as: Bottom-up bootstrap economic development, andTop down economic development through Acquiring Long Term Technology Partners.
Bottom-up bootstrap economic development
The Foundation for our children€™s children (FFOCC) and United Nation€™s Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), have signed a joint programme agreement to establish and manage a new concept economic development programme entitled €œSustained Economic Development Programme€?.
The programme will see UNESCO NGO€™s (non-government–organisations) train primarily women of villages to form and operate co-op type businesses that will as the first stage, operate space-proven mini (9 cubic feet) high performance (surpasses EPA specifications) potable water treatment plants capable of providing some 250 people with safe, economical, good tasting water to the world€™s children and their children€™s children. The plant can be transported by two people and can be operated by anyone out of a kitchen or a field. The water can emanate from any swamp or any other surface water or well
The joint venture has a two-way exclusive supply agreement with the supplier of the mini plants. The FOUNDATION has the responsibility for the implementation and the continuing evolution of the programme. From the basic arrangements with the receiving country governments and agencies, to technical training and services.
The plan is not only to follow the custom of €œgiving fish, but to teach how to fish€?, thereby giving the under-privileged citizens of the world, a €œboot-strap€? opportunity to take pride and allow their own Co-Ops entrepreneurs, to sell safe water to their co-citizens at a profit; to help them grow to the next stage. Each of these will be required to pay back a portion of the plant to the foundation that will continue the process of smaller towns and villages acquiring new economic development businesses such as Phase 2 that will introduce wastewater treatment in the mini size type. These have already been tested and ready to go. In future years, women operated CO-Ops will profitably convert sugar-cane- waste (bagasse) into lightweight, strong lego-type concrete blocks to build low-cost homes for their own communities. More information can be had through our www.foundationforourchildren.org site.
Top down economic development
The FOUNDATION also has the responsibility for the identification, acquisition, adaptation and dissemination of primarily new leading technologies that solve problems already identified in the world. These solutions to continue being commercialised by the new global economic development regime, thereby insuring sustainable development from the bottom-up. More information can be had through our www.foundationforourchildren.org site.
There are many foreign technology owners interested in investing their technologies in exchange for future profits and to a better future for our children€™s children. The Technology Acquisition Centres, (Technopolis) for Africa will be properly staffed and organised to identify advanced, new technology sources, to evaluating and adapting these to local requirements and entrepreneurs that undertake to not only provide their own market needs but are encouraged to export to the outside world, thereby assuring the currency required for faster economic development.
JOIN UNESCO and the FOUNDATION to provide a better future for OUR CHILDREN€™S CHILDREN
A FOUNDATION MESSAGE TO YOU WHO CAN INVEST YOURSELF, FINANCES OR TECHNOLOGIES INTO THE FUTURE IF UNDER-DEVELOPED COUNTRIES
UNESCO is reorganising and restructuring its commercial and social agenda including the restructuring of its €œwater web portal€?. Of course, all involved are honoured to have such a dedicated organisation extending its contribution to our group. The present web primarily identifies the enviro situation and problems globally.
O321 R - D NovaLab Inc. has agreed to invest in the FOUNDATION its water environment related intellectual property (estimated at some US$250 million dollars) as the base of the foundation€™s scientific and technological assets. The Foundation will provide these assets to UNESCO and to COUNTRIES for total global participation and reciprocal activities and future profits for technology investors that are prepare to joint venture in developing countries.
Within its own territory, the Foundation will participate in special projects R - D programs assigned to various universities and research centres that can become Centres of Excellence, attracting students from everywhere. Included is a commercialisation program that will insure continuing incomes funds for the various organisations involved in the Foundations future. Of course, the foundation has also prepared an education and training program (together with a Canadian university). A program to acquaint students and other bodies with the latest conventional and new space-age water conservation and treatment technologies and know-how.
The FOUNDATION is appointing specific manufacturers (assemblers) as exclusive supplier of both the village drinking and the wastewater plants as well as for other technology suppliers. To meet as fast as possible the huge demand, some sub-assembly joint ventures are being consolidated in various strategic areas of the world.
We are at the inception of the Foundation and every day we are solicited by individuals in our entourage, by UNESCO and by consultants to UNESCO in various countries to look into their needs for the well being of their most precious natural resource their CHILDREN. The preliminary budget is only the €œtip of the iceberg€? to ensure that the KIDS of the world can mature to guard a healthy earth environment. We would be pleased to present you with a budget with regard to the global bootstrap, underprivileged citizens driven Economic, Environmental Development Programme.
