Originally founded in 1995 as a mechanical building services consulting engineering practice, ARC re-launched its operation in 2010 with the addition of new staff and new corporate direction, and commitment to a quality management program. In addition to offering traditional mechanical services in commercial, educational, medical, governmental and industrial facilities, we offer services in emerging sustainable energy and environmental design. We provide LEED services and include two accredited LEED professional on staff.
We have also established alliances and collaborative relationships with selected firms to facilitate a full range of services.
Our design philosophy expands ARC€™s services beyond traditional boundaries. Our staff has experience in cultivating sensitivity for client and market priorities in all facets of the building services from engineering assessments and studies through typical and specialized design commissions, design/build, public/private partnerships, to building systems commissioning and consulting services for building operations.
Our team has designed numerous energy efficient mechanical systems including heat pump chillers, hot and cold thermal storage, compartmentalized VAV, office under-floor air distribution, radiant heating, and heating/cooling in-floor systems
