1. When signing rent contracts, they insists on deposits, which is illegal. 2. They send non-registered mails to tenants (even those tenants who pay full rent on time) asking to pay some extra money (on top of the rent) without a valid reason - they just hope that some tenants will pay anyway. 3. They send a janitor to notify tenants (even those tenants who pay full rent on time) about their "balances" (on top of the rent) without justifying where these balances came from. This is just another way of trying to get some extra money from the tenants. 4. They react on repair requests very slowly if at all. Their care-o-meter mostly shows zero. Overall, Placement Sergakis is a good example of how low a company can get in order to maximize their profit.
