Horrible car buying experience; especially bad since I dealt with the owner of the company, Reza Zarin. Total waste of time, and a wasted drive from Ottawa to Montreal to try to buy a car from him. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO KERBACK, THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. I speak English, and when I arrived, after speaking English with him on the phone for two days, he presents a contract in French. When I ask him to translate it or provide an English contract, he refused, claimed he didn't speak French. I insisted, so he looks at the document and says, (this is a quote), 'Don't worry about those clauses, those are commercial contract clauses.' I translated the document with Google translate, and found a number of scary clauses that would tack on huge extra fees, penalty fees if I refused the car on delivery, all kinds of stuff. That wasn't even the worst of it, when I looked at the bank loan document, he not only ignorent the fact that I mentioned I was going to put a large down payment, but when I ran the numbers on the deal, he worked in an extra $4,000 to the price of the car!! Liar, cheat, thief, horribly unethical businessman, Reza Zarin and Automobile Kerback are everything that is wrong with this business. Stay FAR away from this guy, total scumbag.
