Products: 1. Flying Probe In-Circuit Test Systems
Flying probe testers require no test fixtures, have few restrictions on board access, and can test boards with virtually unlimited number of nets, allowing developers to turn test programs around in a short time. For these reasons and more, the flying probe tester has become an indispensable tool in today's electronic manufacturing. Acculogic€™s SPRINT4510 and FlyingScorpion FLS800 series with over 600 systems installed world wide are the leading Flying Probers on the market today.
2. In-Circuit Test Systems
Acculogic€™s low cost and scalable ICT7000 series offers analog, digital, boundary scan (JTAG) and power-on function testing for use in production of electronic circuit board assemblies. The ICT7000 series can be configured with up0to 8000 test points, in for a manual or inline automated operation.
3. Boundary Scan (JTAG) Test Systems
Acculogic€™s ScanNavigator suite of hardware and software tools is based on IEEE1149.1and IEEE1149.6 standards which facilitate limited access testing and device programming. The systems can be configured as PC/laptop based stand-alone systems or integrated with various commercially available ATE systems. Acculogic boundary scan products with over 2000+ systems installed world side is one the leading products in use today.
4. CAD and Gerber Processing Software
Acculogic€™s XMATIC software is a complete test engineering solution with upfront testability checks and reporting, as well as automated fixture fabrication, including nail selection to increase test coverage and tester programming for the most common platforms of ICT, AOI, inspect and flying probe equipment.
