I met this person in the office a few years ago where he was supposed to serve me. He could barely look up from his computer where I could see he was watching some video on what looked like a social media/facebook. When he did finally get himself to the desk, he was shoddy in appearance and was extremely rude, pretty arrogant/holier than thou presentation. I would have done business with this company but, after that type of treatment, I went elsewhere and, I had a lot to offer them. I hope this company replaces this crazed moron! I'm sure they will be losing all kinds of business and customers. This isn't the only scrap co. in the world.
