I have dealt with her in many situations and she is always open to suggestions. If you are a tenant she is very friendly and follows up on your concerns within a weeks time, which I think is appropriate. If you have any questions about the application process or lease she is open to explaining exactly what a section means or how to fill it out. She is helpful and knows what she is doing!

Unprofessional, not trustworthy, rude to tenants, unreliable rarely can get in contact with her, does not answer calls or emails.

Knows nothing about dealing with situations or etiquette. And as representative of the landlord, Lancaster Realty I think she should be fired.

Dealing with Ilka was a nightmare. Only commenting so people stay away from renting her units. It's worth it to look elsewhere.
