Brent is the absolute worst building manager I have ever encountered (and I once lived in a rooming house in the wrong part of town). Not only does he refuse to do any work that isn't legally necessary (to the point that his properties are falling apart), but the work he eventually does (assume a year's wait on any request) because he's legally obligated, is done so poorly, that you'll need to fix it yourself afterwards. And, through the process, Brent's deeply unpleasant nature, makes you feel creeped out, and angry all of the time. Stay away from this building manager.
