He is very reachable, polite and full of ideas! He knows his work well and can explain it to you if you don't know construction that well (like me :$). Very happy with my experience with him and his work :)

Jolthan Management/ Chatelain Construction/ Mathieu Chatelain: This contractor started work in July 2011 which was to be completed by mid-September 2011. It is now mid-December and the work has not been completed. He was rarely on site to inspect his subtrades work and consequently many errors were made that could have been avoided. This caused many repairs and lost time. There was always broken promises, inaction and delays. He cannot be trusted to keep his word and there were many instances of inaction for days and weeks. Our neighbours have had the same complaints about shoddy work and undue delays. Prior to hiring this contractor he made many promises to be in touch by phone and email daily. This never happened as soon as the job was started. In fact we rarely saw him on site and when we'd ask for a meeting he would stall or make promises and never show up. Buyer beware!
