Highly effective and amazing project manager! Tong helped me did my first real estate development in Canada. He spend A LOT of time meeting and discussing with me for the project details and make sure that I understand the contract thoroughly before we sign the investment agreement. So I fully trusted him when we started the project. As a result, AMAZINGLY we sold 90 percent of the pre-construction units in the FIRST DAY of release early this year. And now the units all sold out and the project is currently under construction.
