Knowing Igor since many years, we started as a University team in numerous courses, and naturally we began to share our ideas about some Technological businesses. We teamed on the past two projects and businesses, and I was a major part in the hiring process of both Hamza and Marcin. Lucky me, they are all awesome and I can attest that all three of them made some good moves and some mistakes. I dont think any of them have raised so much money, so quickly in their previous startups and this probably lead to more focus on financial management at the cost of focusing on the actual product and clients. Having spoken to Igor I know he has taken away some important lessons and has moved on. In my opinion, Igor is part of that disappearing breed of men that lives and breathes for his passion of entrepreneurship 24 /7 / 364. There is that rare fire in his eyes, and I will definitely continue to work with him wherever his passion takes him (be it space!)

I am thankful for to have meet Mr. Khanaev. I have met through the chamber of commerce, we have established ties with his consultancy firm and the IT services my representative dispatch in Argentina. Very knowledgeable and caring gentleman. A pleasure.

Igor broke my trust and others' on far too many occasions with deceptive tactics, empty promises and sometimes plain lies. This all meant that all the months of hard work the rest of the team put in was in vain, and no one was paid as promised -- I was paid 10% of what I was promised in 2011, and was assured on numerous occasions that I would be paid 'soon'. The person who received the most payments from the company in 2011 was Igor himself, despite bringing in the least value to the company. Perhaps the most worrying aspect is the fact that Igor seems to operate in another reality where everything is always going great no matter what. I don't know how he can learn and grow if he doesn't even recognize his own shortcomings and failures.
