This man is a known fraud. He's a con artist. He makes people work for him and he never pays them (although he gets paid by the companies who give him the work...). His fraud case is pending in court and he's about to be sentenced in Gatineau. He's dishonest, a liar and a thief. He belongs in jail.

Do a search on the Internet with the name 'Michel Whelan'. This man has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from translators who worked for him. He recently pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud and he is about to be sentenced.
