C2S2 took advantages of those newly immigrated Chinese who do not speak English and who do not know Canadian system well. Over charge with little work. The company advertise in Chinese website, etc. claiming that the company has experienced lawyer to help client to appeal, which is not true. So they just help to fill out the form and file the form which anybody can do it. They charged clients as the application was done by registered or licensed lawyer or related personnel.
