I have friends who deal with Xueting and had very bad experience with her. She took the money, then rarely respond to the phone. She really didn't know the progress of cases, just kept avoiding answering clients inquires.

Ms. Xu could be difficult to get on the phone sometime and it was very frustrating untili find out she only has assistant to answer the phone and small computer work. Now that I know Ms. Xu is responsible for most of the work and have so many customer and she still bring success to my application and appeal, I can only recommend her to anyone who appreciate hard worker. Thank you so much Ms. Xu!
