to the blow molding industry.

adjacent second plant that will be joined with the Company's
headquarter-plant facility upon building plan approval.
The integration of CAD/CAM technologies and state-of-the-art
high speed manufacturing cells provides Ryka with the capability
to design and manufacture through modem data communications,
thereby minimizing cycle times in serving geographically-remote
customers. In addition, ISO 9001 certification is targeted for
the end of 1997. With its international positioning, reputation
for excellence, concurrent engineering initiatives and other
internal improvements of the kind noted, Ryka is poised for
further growth and continuing success.

Bad decisions by the two owners led to Ryka losing customers and marketshare. Inexperience on Rick Hanke's behalf on how to run a manufacturing company led to the demise of Ryka Molds Inc."
