"Ryka Molds Inc. owned by Rick Hanke and Alfie Stein laid off the last remaining employee's October 3, 2011 after only a few years under their ownership. Bad decisions by the two owners led to Ryka losing customers and marketshare. Inexperience on Rick Hanke's behalf on how to run a manufacturing company led to the demise of Ryka Molds Inc."
