Rented from them, Romy claimed to be property manager. Thought they owned the house I was renting. Never met with "Romy" face to face, would only talk by phone and sent "family members" or "reps" to deal with issues. "Ronnie" was supposedly her "brother" and also dealt with many others "Jasmine", "Annie.""Ripped the owners of the property I rent off, never paid them, never got DD back, SCAM ARTISTS through and through

This company stole 8 hundred dollars from me! Romy Tabunar stole it!! and she used a fake name when I rented from her!!

This company victimized a lot of property owners. We are one of these property owners who entrusted our hard earned investments to them. They rented out our properties yet they failed to pay us the supposedly "guaranteed" rent whether our properties are occupied or not. They claimed that our properties will be completely furnished by them and will be rented out like "hotels" for short and long term tenants. Instead, the property was rented out without furnishing and they frustrated the tenants renting the property. I warn other people who are thinking of doing business with this company.

Never return phone calls and e-mails to resolve the issues... Very bad business model and very unprofessional.

Do not use UHS to manage your property. We are property owners who have not been paid by UHS and now they will not even return our calls or work with us to sort out the issues and move on.
