Romy Tabunar and Universal Housing Solutions is a big scam. Their purpose is to take your money and and give you the most horrible service. They will even steal your damage deposit. stay away from those people

We rented a unit from Romy two years ago and it was nothing but trouble from day one NOTHING got fixed I had no washer and dryer for over two months a broken toilet for longer water running ON the fuse box everytime I talked to her WHEN she decided to answer her phone we got excuse after excuse after a year of dealing with this because of our lease it turned out she was acting on behalf of her aunt who actually owns the unit and it turns out she was stealing from the aunt who then tried to pin the unpaid rent on us...it goes on and on my point writing this is trying to let somebody know i wouldn't trust this scam artist with ANYTHING!! Thank you for your time
