OI have known DR Penney for many years,I trust this man,I have seen him used a lot this man took great care of his wife when she had ALS,I was there and met her and his mom in law when his mother in law. Passed last year at 101.mr Penney slept end on the floor by her room to make sure she did not fall. The stories about DR Penney hiring a hit man are not true,perhaps mr pincock forgot he said he was going to kill a certain person the wrong one was charged,mr pincock is a lying user and wait till it comes out what he did to mr Penney
