It's important to notice that all of these derogatory remarks are from people who refuse to post their name. Or, in 2 instances used a first name only. Mr . Stoiou is an incredible businessman and I have had several major transactions with him over the last 15 years. He is reliable, trustworthy and easy to reach. He can pull a multi million dollar deal together with the ease of buying a chocolate bar. The nameless people slamming him obviously didn't hold up your end of the deal. If you did, Mr Stoiou would have definately done his part. Tell the whole story.

I am shocked to read all this negative rhetoric about Chris. He is a very astute business man and my dealings with him go back to 1980. He has always delivered and been a man if his word. I had a large transaction with him just 3 months ago and it came together without a hitch. The negative comments must be from people who didn't hold up their end of the deal. A great business man.

This guy is a liar and a cheater! Told me his name was Chris Niarchos. His story, and it is a story was all lies! Not one speck of truth. Do not lend him any money! Jay does not work for him. That is a lie! Jay will not see that you get your money back. He should rot in JAIL
