He has an extremely negative attitude towards his workers and regularly refers to us as "f***ing retards"; as a result, many people are afraid of him and do not care whether or not they perform well on the job. I personally feel that replacing him as general manager and hiring somebody with a better attitude could boost production significantly, as well as turn Peaceland back into the community-friendly business it used to be.
