Edward James Schijns is a conman and a major crook... I am disabled and he took advantage of me.. He stole money from me when I paid him thousands of dollars for services and parts that he never supplied... I am presently in the process of suing him for over $50,000 ..He now operates PMV Mobility House and DragonEBikes in Halifax Nova Scotia...
