Fernand Constant (c.o.b.a. "Renaissance Antique Restoration") was hired by me to transport goods from Calgary to Vancouver Island within one month. 6 weeks later, after repeatedly misleading me as to when he would deliver the goods, he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. 2 weeks later, I threatened to call the police. Only then did he respond by dumping my goods back in to storage but kept my deposit. In 2000, it was also alleged that he committed assault and was growing marijuana in his house. His house was raided by Calgary Police Services. Later, these charges were dropped.
