975 Du Ruisseau apartment building is infested with cockroaches and there is a horrible water problem in the lower garage and basement when it rains alot it floods

Joe Caprera owner of Village apartment buildings is a true piece of brown waste from your bum hole. Worst landlord. Does not care about his tenants and gives fake contact numbers so that you can not reach him.
