I lived at EaglePoint Apartments in Cheney WA. They went through several managers in my short time I was there. They are very shady with their contracts and are not the type to look you in the eye. If you have a problem they keep you calling back and forth to their head quarters and the office. They work like used car salesmen. Please save yourself the time and never rent from these people they are crooks and rip off college students.
