From a small town restaurant owner to become multiple hotel chain operator. I think he did pretty good for himself. And also he is great person to work for, treat you like your are his family.

From a small town restaurant with 20 employee and running 500+ employee multiple hotel cross country. He done quite well. I think his success is he treat his employee like his family. And the guy always says business is about time not about timing.
