Seraphina Ng on her own as an individual has a decent character. At times her business honesty can be called into question. However, I feel that she is highly influenced by Bob Carpenter who is an extremely dishonest, thieving and vulgar individual. It is unfortunate to see that Sera is obviously negatively affected and changes her personal ideals and values because they both share ownership of AAA Careful Moving. Therefore, although Sera seems to usually remain tactful, the unprofessionalism of Bob Carpenter and dishonesty affects the company and therefore they have a "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau, numerous complaints filed against them and always changes their operating name to try to escape their horrible business track record. I'm not sure how they are an operational business but the CRA, BBB and investigative caveat emptor investigative journalism should careful examine this company and malpractice.
