Terrible Management. They don't care about their Tenants and the Superintendents are useless. I paid over $50 in keys because they only give you 1 key to your apt door. They didn't give a key to the building, the back door or the downstairs storage. I had to get copies of the initial key and all other keys for my partner that I live with... That's ridiculous! Not to mention the Washing machines are terrible. They make you pay $2 a wash and $2 a dry to have your clothes come out ruined. I have thrown away countless articles of clothing attempting to do Laundry in their building. I have complained multiple times about this issue and nothing has been done. The superintendent has failed to help me with issues during "office hours" because he was sleeping.... ARE YOU SERIOUS! WAKE UP! it's your JOB! Matna is a Complete Joke and I would never recommend anyone to move into a building being managed by them.

Both Landlord Peter and Judy Morris are the major slum lords of of pointe Claire Qc...not professional... Rude and rob you of your money...never available!! Never respond when need of emergency repairs!!
