John Primbas is running his company with a deep lack of professionalism. We've ordered our windows more than 5 months ago and they're still not installed. It's almost impossible to join him or any representative on the phone once you've done the down payment for you order.

upset customer
We order windows from this man and he broke two of them on delivery. he told me that someone would be by in ten days to fix the ones that did not work and he will order the new ones right away. Biggest mistake was giving him money! We've paid, so he can be considered a thief! Two months later we have not heard back after at least 100 calls. stay far away from him.

We just had our windows delivered by Primcor and we love them , our Sliding doors are 20 feet wide and work excellent, all our windows are from the ceiling to the floor , the effect is magnificent, we looked around and could not find another supplier for this type of product. The price was good and very competitive. The only problem was one glass broke on installation and the replacement unit came a bit over a month later. Over all job looks great and very happy, highly recommend.
