I attended a job with this guy. Brilliantly intimidating and strategic at most. He was always the last guy to speak...kind of like a judge. We often went to him to break ties or do brain work lol. He would sure make a big politician and a great CEO. A little sensitive on human rights, the environment and funding for cancer and headaches and can be rude and overly demanding with zero tolerance to deviations to standards. At work, he wants people to function with machine like precision. I swear to God he handed out welcome letters something along these lines written in it "Serious crime to me is not having metrics in a timely manner. I care about metrics not your s** life and I careless if you get hit by a truck and you know what, I go home and cry over my own sh** life but at work, we are bits in code that must all work to one goal" Very impersonal with 0 social skills...the kind of guy you want to work with at the same brain level and one to avoid if you're not.
