I have dealt with Coast Performance on many occasions and have knowledge of others who have hired this company for concrete restoration. The owner is professional and the work was outstanding. In saying this, the company has been used on major jobs around the Vancouver area and has had repeat customers from a direct result of his excellent workmanship. I would hire this compnay over any other in the same field.

Undercover Man
Check the Provincial court registry computers for this man's criminal history, which includes many convictions of FRAUD. Ditto for members of his immediate family (also in the registry, but feel free to look online for "ICBC v. Patko". Beware leaving your name on sites like this! Patko and his lawyer--Chen--and Allison Maxwell---do this sort of thing to draw you into a lawsuit for "defamation". LOL! It's all the truth! Scuuuuuuuuuuuumbag! This company? Doesn't appear to be on record. Guess it only exists in his fat head.

I worked for this guy quite a few years ago. Condescending, lazy, and an accomplished buck-passer. He's the type of guy that will take someone off the street, promise to pay them a fair wage, then leave them unattended to accomplish a huge job that one man cannot do. Then, when the duff hits the fan, he acts like a child, pointing his finger, blaming, threats...when all along he should be there managing his job---and then he refuses to pay you. He's an incompetent baffoon with a Napolean Complex. Stay away from this idiot and his family, because they are so into themselves, they should have their own reality show!
