This company is a family run company by a incompetent management and completely unrespectful. The president has no knowledge of the word respect. He manage his employees with screaming, shouting, threats and via fears. With the aid of his clueless cousin the VP HR, they treat employees as 2nd class citizens. Their turnover rate is over 80% but it is falsely represented by them as around 5-10% by counting all their external consultants in the equation. There is less than 5 employees that has more than 5yrs of services within their company.
