It is Mr. Barry Pincock people should be cautious of, as Mr. Penney was found not guilty, and Mr. Pincock is currently under RCMP investigation for fraud & theft for over $100 000.00 so far!

Mr Penny is innocent untill proven guilty. Barry Pincock dont make me laugh out loud you owe money to me!! and to other people. You have lied... heck who has not told a lie. In my opinion you used money that was made while working with Mr Penny for you to fund Werth Solar. Mr Penny is the one who has education in this field never did i see where you went to university!! I am so sure Mr Penny wishes he had never made the mistake of getting involved with you!

The owner Brian Penney has been charged with trying to have his partner murdered and fraud. please google for more information I personally was cheated of $35,000 by Brian Penney and one of his associates Paul Langan, who is also a convicted cheat & fraudster. Penney was also chairman of cornwallis mackenzie another company that went under due to fraud. Also the scandal around Bastionhost, another Penney company. Bottom line is the owner is a lying cheating murdering crook who has finally met his comeuppance

The owner of this company Brian Penney is pending attempted murder charges by trying to hire a hitman to kill me Barry Pincock for insurance money, Brian Penney is also being investigated for arson for insurance money on 2 of his properties. He also used his company small fortunes Inc to aquire assets from myself and other down on their luck companies through unethical business practices. This man will even put money into your company or project by being your private investor, you in turn will give over the rights to the property to him, so the bank will give him a better interest rate, or so he says. By that time he will own everything you once owned, and he could care less how much he takes from you or lose. It happened to me! Not only did he steal from me try to kill me, he even ruined my credit and slandered me to the highest, so that I couldn't even work. This man is a liar. Do not do business with him or his companies, run, he might just try and kill you if you refuse to be stolen from. No matter how charming and witty he seems, remember how charming Ted Bundy was? I'm not the only person he has tried to have murdered or steal property/assets from! Please Beware of Brian K Penney and his associated companies eg. Small Fortunes Inc.
