Tara has outstanding personal and professional skills, she is a very organized individual who is well liked and respected both in and out of the business community. Her ability to work well and interact with others makes her a strong and contributing member of any team she works with. Tara has the proven leadership skills necessary in establishing and maintaining good working relationships between the trade unions, contractors, aboriginal / metis groups, government agencies and the workers. Tara understands sensitive community issues and how they impact the residents of those communities. She understands heath & safety and how it not only applies in the workplace, but how it applies in the community as well. Pipeline is an excellent example as it is considered an essential service. Tara was the Aboriginal/Metis Liaison for Banister Pipeline when they were laying pipe through Manitoba. Tara performed extremely well in a very fast paced production environment where government, client and environmental considerations requiring immediate decisions occur almost hourly. Tara did an excellent job then and will continue to do excellent work in the future.
