Mr.Breslin is a convicted felon and as such he is not to be trusted. All his so called companies are no longer in business. Mr. Breslin is smoke and mirrors.

Scam scam scam, dominion pardons and waivers is not a reliable company, they tried to scam us by sending a report to a credit agency saying we owed them money but all we did was call to get some info and never heard from them since 2013 and now in 2015 we have this in our credit report!!

Richard Craig Breslin is an excon with numerous offences from incarsiration in the USA and Canada for over $5,000,000.00 and still in outstanding restitution. He uses his companies that he swindled from other people using legal falsified paperwork and uses the companies as a front for fraudlent business and for credibility.

Richard Breslin instructs his sales staff to manipulate and take advantage of their clients. His sales staff consists of young people that have no concept of how they themselves are being manipulated by Mr. Breslin. He trains these young naïve kids to deceive clients without them knowing it is wrong because he makes it sound right, and the money they get paid helps in their silence. He was one of the top telemarketing gem stone con artists in Canada and in the US, so rest assured that his staff has a good instructor in Mr. Breslin, especially when it comes to telemarketing…….Dominion Pardons and Waivers and his other company Pardons and Waivers of Canada are run by him and his family, but you will not find his name attached to these companies because he chooses to hide his assets from his creditors. Please be cautious, he is good at what he does and taking advantage of vulnerable people is his best asset.
