stay away from this guy and all of his listings. 514 481 2223 9326 - 6690 - quebec inc les immeubles girouard 5055 cote st luc - suite 22 - montreal , quebec, h3w - 2h5 bert abdoo hopefully this shows up in google and future renters can read this and stay away. guy will trick you into lease renewals and then go MIA - never answer, have his right hand man do all his dirty work. change locks on you without telling you if you leave the city. just do not rent from them and find better.

I have dealt with this person and if there is one word to describe him it would be a "goon". He uses intimidation and strong arm tactics to get his way. If you have access to court records you will see that has had restraining orders issued against him. My best bit of advice is to get everything in writing, be strong, but do not use any sort of violence or hint at it. He will either gladly engage in violence or use it against you in court. If you have a dispute with him you should take note of everything, use the Regie, police, city inspectors, and small claims court and he will ultimately obey. Verbal agreements mean little to him unless he gets more out of the deal than you do. Again, get everything in writing!

This person is a nightmare of all the tenants of his building - no job ever done by him, unless you go to the City Hall and make them call this guy. He's rude, offensive and makes you feel sorry you got into his trap-building the moment you encountered even smallest problems with your dwelling. Avoid by any means dealing with him and his Les Immeubles Somerled!
