Ed Ho is highly intelligent. He is hardworking and committed to Lee Specialties. He understands the oil and gas industry and the equipment it uses. Unfortunately Ed is unable and unwilling to stand up for his employees when Jim Lee verbally assaults them. As a manager Ed is unapproachable and is extremely rude to new hires. After working for Lee Specialties for 6 months to a year or once you've proven your worth to Ed his a decent person. It's more the culture of the company that is the problem then is Ed. DO NOT work for Lee Specialties!
