Jim is very direct and often rude. He is intelligent but treats his employees with disrespect. This has cultivated a culture of fear at Lee Specialties - his company. Other than 5 or 6 of his personal friends, not one of his over 100 employees at Lee Specialties has job security. DO NOT work for this man. You will regret your decision almost immediately. I am not trying to hurt Mr. Lee, I am just trying to keep someone else from making a huge mistake.
